The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was well-prepared, offering a wide variety of options to start the day, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, turkey ham, and scrambled eggs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. Initially, I wasn't happy with the room arrangement made through Booking.com, but the receptionist kindly helped us switch to a much more comfortable option, which my family and I appreciated. Parking isn’t the easiest to find, but there are paid options available nearby.

Our room was a good size, with a view to the canal. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to the main bridge in the town centre. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good, although it would be better to have muesli as well as granola, the latter being too sweet and crunchy. The hotel is onto the road along the canal, but while we were there the road was nice and quiet.

We chose the hotel for its location overlooking the canals and were not disappointed. The old town is just a few minutes walk away and all the sights are easy to get to. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the kettle, coffee, tea and bisquits. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially like to mention Nahra who was so helpful when we arrived rather tired and worn out after being caught up in the forest fires. Lovely Breakfast buffet, overall good value.

Nice place. Great location and amazing hospitality. The rooms are amazing for families with little kitchen and clean rooms.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area, right across from the main canal and old town centre. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and in a lovely light and airy dining area. The hotel has an eco-friendly approach, which was great to see. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely small hotel within walking distance to the center of Aveiro. Comfortable rooms (and great pillows!), nice bathroom, very clean and comfortable. Tea & coffee facilities in room with complimentary biscuits and water. Breakfast was good, some hot food and the usual continental foods.

Location is excellent. Closed to the centre, attractions and restaurants, but not too, so not bother by the excesses. No parking in the hotel, but behind there is a neighbourhood parking at 3€ the day! Breakfast is simple. Room was a bit dark and always requires light.

For us the location was perfect, as walkable to the old town and glorious city park. Very comfy room and great aircon for keeping us warm. Breakfast buffet to our taste - a machine to make fresh orange juice was a first for us! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, near the city center with all the restaurants nearby, the staff are very kind, they let us park our baby stroller at the reception. The room were spotless and comfy! The bathroom was also spacious and had also amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hair drier. There are a small lift that is very helpful and we had breakfast one day and it was delicious (Yougurth, Eggs, Bacon, Pastel de Nata, fruits, cheese and ham, coffee, etc). We parked our car in the street back of the hotel, we paid using euro coins with the parking machine.
